A reminder that the final deadline for iLecture booking requests for Semester 1, 2009 is Friday 23 January. The recording of lectures for Week 1 to Week 3 cannot be guaranteed if bookings are received after this date.

Postgraduate Study Opportunities for Staff

A reminder that applications are now open to commence study in the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, offered through ACES.

The program has the following specialisations:

  • Higher education Learning and Teaching
  • E-Learning in higher education
  • Leadership, Management and Administration in higher education


As part of the University’s commitment to the professional development of its staff, Macquarie staff are eligible for a waiver of tuition fees for the three core units of the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, provided that they have not already been granted a fee waiver towards any other course of study while a member of staff at Macquarie University.

Completion of the program is recognised in the University’s Teaching Index

Applications are now open for staff wishing to commence study in Semester 1, 2009.  Applications for external study are due by 12 December, and applications for internal study are due by 9 January.
